Eshaal Return & Refund Policy

At Eshaal, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.


Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

  • Return requests are initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons, if applicable)

  • Final sale or clearance items (if clearly marked as such)


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label, if applicable.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

  • If your refund is late or missing, please check with your bank or card issuer before contacting us.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or replacement, contact us within the return window. Exchanges are processed as quickly as possible, subject to stock availability.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or repair at no additional cost.
