Eshaal Shipping Policy

At Eshaal, we strive to deliver your order quickly, safely, and affordably. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout or contacted directly.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Eshaal is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during or after shipping. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your country's regulations.


6. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time:

  1. Check your tracking information.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier for status.

  3. If the issue persists, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery. We will investigate and do our best to resolve the issue quickly, including sending a replacement or issuing a refund, if appropriate.
